1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapLinked, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

SnapLinked is a content automation platform for LinkedIn that offers:

  • AI-powered content generation
  • Post scheduling
  • Automatic publishing via the official LinkedIn API

3. Eligibility

To use SnapLinked, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid LinkedIn account
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials

4. Credit System

  • Credits are used for actions on the platform (content generation, publishing)
  • Unused credits expire according to the contracted plan
  • Credits are non-refundable, except where required by law
  • Attempts to manipulate the credit system will result in suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

  • Publish content that violates LinkedIn Terms
  • Distribute spam, phishing or malicious content
  • Publish illegal, defamatory or offensive content
  • Violate copyrights or third-party intellectual property
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI is a suggestion. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all content before publication
  • Ensuring content is correct and appropriate
  • Taking responsibility for what is published in your name

7. LinkedIn Integration

SnapLinked uses the official LinkedIn API. By connecting your account:

  • You authorize publication of content on your behalf
  • You agree to LinkedIn's Terms of Use
  • Tokens are stored encrypted and may be revoked at any time

8. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24h before renewal
  • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case per our policy

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapLinked is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Specific engagement or growth results
  • Permanent compatibility with third-party APIs

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Intellectual Property

Content you create remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and publish that content as requested. The SnapLinked brand, code and interface are our exclusive property.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time through settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of São Paulo, SP.
